Patients continue to receive a full range of medical care!

Ministry of Health: Patients will continue to receive full medical care!

Disinformation is spreading on the Internet about the reduction of medical care for patients with diabetes, cerebral palsy, and other chronic diseases.
❗ This is unrealistic.

The Ministry of Health guarantees that all patients with socially significant and chronic diseases will receive full medical care and medication.

The list of free medical care (GOMP) includes 11 diseases, including tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis, cancer, mental disorders, orphan diseases, and others.

📍 For the first time, the following diseases were added to the list:
* epilepsy – more than 94,000 patients, including 31,000 children;
* post-stroke conditions (within 1 year) – for rehabilitation and prevention of disability.

Starting from January 1, 2026, some diseases (including diabetes mellitus and cerebral palsy) will be transferred to the OSMS system, but the amount of assistance will not decrease; only the source of funding will change.

️ ️ All children, pregnant women, pensioners, students, disabled people, and the unemployed will continue to receive free treatment from the government.

The new list is intended to strengthen guarantees and support for people in need.
